BACOLOD City – A 20-year-old man was shot in Barangay Caduha-an, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Victim Lito Lucero of Barangay Sta. Teresa, Manapla, Negros Occidental, was trying to pacify an argument between his pal and an unidentified man around 12:10 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2022.
Lucero is currently confined at the Cadiz District Hospital for a gunshot wound on his right thigh.
The suspect fled after the shooting./PN
