ILOILO City – A man was found dead at the back of their house in Barangay Vista Alegre, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo yesterday.
The lifeless Sammy Cabangal was found by his wife – whose name the police did not disclose – around 11:30 a.m.
Cabangal died of a gunshot wound on the chest, a police report showed.
Police said his wife found a 12-gauge shotgun beside his body, prompting them to believe that Cabangal committed suicide.
Foul play has yet to be ruled out in the death.
