ILOILO City – The suspect in a stabbing in Barangay Buga, Igbaras, Iloilo is being hunted by the police.
Joaquin Escamilla (victim) and Jose Frankie Valentin (suspect) were having a drinking binge prior to the incident. An argument ensued, police said.
Escamilla reportedly switched on and off the lights and bullied Valentin.
These may have prompted Valentin to attack Escamilla, police said.
Escamilla was rushed to the Rep. Pedto Trono Memorial District Hospital in Guimbal town where he expired./PN
