ILOILO City – A 58-year-old farmer was stabbed by his brother yesterday in Barangay Agmalobo, Ivisan, Capiz.
Henry Villagracia was rushed to the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital after brother Roberto stabbed him on the stomach around 6:30 p.m.
According to the police, Roberto ordered an Ati to cut trees in the forest near their house; however, Henry confronted his brother.
Henry did not want the trees cut; he planted them. An altercation later ensued.
Roberto pulled out a knife, stabbed Henry then fled, police said.
It was unclear as of this writing if the police already caught the suspect./PN
