ILOILO City – A construction worker stabbed his drinking buddy at 12:50 a.m. yesterday at Baluarte Elementary School, Barangay East Timawa, Molo district.
Rene Amigable of Barangay Sto. Tomas, Passi City fled after attacking Reggie Frances, 25, of Barangay Bantayan, Kabanklan City, Negros Occidental.
Their other drinking pals took Frances to the Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital. He had wounds on the chest and left ear.
Amigable and Frances had a misunderstanding, said SPO1 Henry Emboltorio of Molo./PN
