ILOILO City – Police arrested a man for stabbing his two relatives in Barangay Tarong, Carles, Iloilo.
He was identified as 34-year-old resident Romy Alarcon, a police report showed.
According to police investigation, the suspect was having a drinking session with his relatives Rolando Alarcon and Ren Bantillo when a heated argument ensued.
The altercation prompted the suspect to stab the victims at around 5:30 p.m. on June 22, the report added.
Rolando and Bantillo were confined at the Carles District Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Romy was detained in the lockup cell of Carles police station’s custodial facility, facing charges./PN
