ILOILO City – Ronel Arbacan was wanted for a frustrated murder charge, a police report showed.
Police arrested him in his house in Barangay Tabu-an, Estancia, Iloilo on Wednesday.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 6:10 p.m. before hauling him to the lockup cell of the Estancia police station.
The court set the bail bond for his temporary liberty at P200,000./PN
