BACOLOD City – A 19-year-old man with pending arrest warrants was arrested in his residence in Barangay Tabugon, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Justine Codico was charged with theft and violation of the Anti-Carnapping Law, a police report showed.
He was taken to the police station of Ilog, Negros Occidental around 5:20 p.m. on Dec. 1.
A bail bond of P186,000 was recommended for his temporary liberty, the report added./PN
