ILOILO City – A Mandaluyong City regional trial court ordered the arrest of a resident of Barangay Oñate de Leon, Mandurriao district.
The 55-year-old Josephine Arenal was wanted for a qualified theft charge, a police report showed.
Officers served her a warrant of arrest in Barangay Mansaya, Lapuz on Monday.
Judge Jaime Fortunato Caringal of the Regional Trial Court Branch 278 (National Capital Region, Mandaluyong City) issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P11,600.
Arenal was taken to the Mandurriao police station after her arrest at 12 noon. She was set for transfer to Mandaluyong City this week./PN
