ILOILO City – A 44-year-old man was nabbed for allegedly mauling a woman in Barangay Tabucan, Mandurriao district.
He was Joselito Isanan, a resident of the village, police said.
Isanan and the victim 38-year-old Filipinas Sucero were having a drinking binge when an altercation ensued between them, a police report showed. This prompted Isanan to maul Sucero around 11 p.m. on Nov. 16, it added.
Isanan was detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station, facing charges./PN
