ILOILO City – Dried marijuana leaves were seized from three men in Mandurriao district.
Chris Paul Lebrilla, Mark Jason Cabayao and Franklin Yamson were arrested and detained at the Mandurriao police station.
Police conducted a buy-bust operation against them in their barangay of Guzman-Jesena at around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The suspects sold to undercover officers a plastic pack of marijuana for P1,200, a police report stated. Two more plastic packs of the same substance were recovered from them.
Lebrilla, Cabayao and Yamson face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
