ILOILO City – Suspected marijuana weighing about four grams was seized in a buy-bust operation in
Barangay Navitas, Numancia, Aklan.
John Lee Yapendon yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Yapendon was caught after he sold suspected marijuana to an undercover officer around 5:20 p.m. on July 18, it added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Numancia municipal police station.
Charges for Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him. (With a report from PDEA-6/PN)
