THE stars of “Bihag” – Max Collins and Sophie Albert – together with “Love You Two’s” Clint Bondad celebrated with their Kapusong Negrense the Panaad sa Negros Festival on Monday.
The three Kapuso stars were at Barangay Mandalagan at 11 a.m. for a Kapuso Barangayan. Later in the afternoon, Max, Sophie, and Clint headed to Robinsons Place Bacolod for a fun-filled Kapuso Mall Show at 5 p.m.
To further highlight their participation in the Panaad Festival, Max, Sophie, and Clint also bannered the Kapuso Fiesta at the Panaad Park and Stadium at 10 p.m.
“Bihag,” the newest Afternoon Prime series which brings action, mystery, and suspense together, debuted last April 1. In the series, Max is Jessie, a simple and loyal wife to Jason Abalos (Brylle). Sophie, on the other hand, is Reign, the woman who will come between Jessie and Brylle. Joining them in the series are Mark Herras as SPO1 Larry Pineda, an honest police officer and Jessie’s high school classmate; Neil Ryan Sese as Amado, a short-tempered man who mourns the loss of his daughter; and Kapuso child star Raphael Landicho as Ethan, Jessie and Brylle’s cheerful and cute son.
Meanwhile, the upcoming romantic comedy series “Love You Two” is headlined by two of the country’s most bankable and multi-talented actors – Gabby Concepcion and Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado.The story revolves around a super-rich heir to a real estate company who is dating a woman half his age. But things got even more complicated when he falls in love with his girlfriend’s older sister. Joining the cast with Clint are Solenn Heussaff, Sheena Halili, Shaira Diaz, Jerald Napoles, Nar Cabico, Yasser Marta, and new Kapuso artist Kiray Celis.
“We are excited to take part in this year’s Panaad Festival together with ‘Bihag’s’ Max Collins and Sophie Albert, as well as ‘Love You Two’s’ Clint Bondad,” says GMA RTV Vice President and Head Oliver Amoroso.
