BACOLOD City – A mechanic was caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay La Granja, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Five sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from 26-year-old resident Angelo Isayas around 7:40 p.m. on March 30, a police report showed.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the La Carlota City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
