ILOILO City – A man with a nervous breakdown was shot by a neighbor in Brgy. Bolilao, Mandurriao district.
The 57-year-old Dominador Tabuyoc died while being treated at the Western Visayas Medical Center. He succumbed to a gunshot wound on his abdomen.
Tabuyoc was walking home when shot.
A suspect has been identified – Arnel Lucendo. He disappeared after the shooting.
However, the victim’s wife, Nerisa tagged Lucendo’s brother-in-law, Noel Villarosa.
Nerisa said some residents saw Villarosa holding a gun while entering his house.
She admitted that her husband was mentally unstable.
“But he was not violent. Why does he have to be shot? They could have just mauled him,” she said./PN
