
METROBANK Foundation, Incorporated (MBFI) turns over a donation amounting to P1 million to Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Medical Foundation, Incorporated on May 20.
Through the “Helping Hands” program, the donation will aid in the rehabilitation of the hospital’s Operating Room Sterilization Area (OSRA) damaged by fire on May 16.

MDH, MBFI’s healthcare affiliate, holds several years of partnership and collaboration with PGH in extending medical assistance to indigents and other medical intervention. The donation shall fund the equipping of damaged facilities after reconstruction, which includes the purchase of autoclave machines or steam sterilizers, computers, and setting up of a fire protection system.
