MIAMI Heat barged into the second round of the 2019-2020 National Basketball Association (NBA) playoffs (Eastern Conference) following a 98-87 victory against Indiana Pacers in Game 4 on Monday night (Tuesday in the Philippines).
Slovenian Goran Dragić’s 23 points, Tyler Herro’s 16 marks and Bam Adebayo’s 14 points and 19 rebounds were the numbers that enabled Miami to sweep Indiana in their Eastern Conference series.
Milwaukee Bucks, meanwhile, is one step away from meeting Miami in the second round after crushing Orlando Magic in Game 4, 121-106.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was on fire for Milwaukee with 31 points, 15 rebounds and 8 assists.
Top Western Conference team Los Angeles Lakers, on the other hand, established a 3-1 edge versus Portland Trail Blazers after ripping the latter in Game 4, 135-115.
LeBron James tallied 30 points and 10 assists while Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma had 18 marks each for the Lakers.
