MILWAUKEE Bucks has added depth to its roster for the 2023-2024 NBA Season after agreeing to separate one-year contracts with guard Malik Beasley and center Robin Lopez on Monday night (Tuesday in the Philippines).

The Bucks has come to terms with three-point gunner Beasley on a one-year, $2.7 million deal, according to The Athletic’s sports scribe Shams Charania.

Beasley is a solid addition to the Bucks roster as he leads the league in three-pointers made off-the-bench during his time with Los Angeles Lakers in the 2022-2023 NBA Season.

Lopez, 35, agreed to a one-year deal with the Bucks, where he will reunite with his twin brother Brook, who recently renewed his contract with the squad for two seasons.

This also served as a Milwaukee homecoming for the seven-footer Robin, who also played with his brother in the squad during the 2019-2022 NBA Season.

Mason Plumlee, meanwhile, has agreed to a one-year, $5 million contract for a return as Los Angeles Clippers’ backup center, as reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Plumlee, who was acquired by the Clippers from Charlotte Hornets midway of the last NBA Season, opted to remain with LA despite receiving huge offers from other teams.

Veteran forward Torrey Craig, on the other hand, opted to join Chicago Bulls on a two-year contract after spending the past three NBA Seasons with Phoenix Suns.

The 6-foot-7 Craig is a huge upgrade to the Bulls’ frontline with his vastly-improved three-point shooting with the Suns last season aside from his defensive ability.

Anthony Edwards, for his part, has opted to remain with the Minnesota Timberwolves after agreeing to a five-year, $260 million rookie maximum contract extension./PN
