ILOILO – A 65-year-old man from Leganes town who has been missing since September 15 was found dead in Barangay Bolilao, Dumangas town.
The body of Roclim Flagne was found floating in the river by a fisherman around 10:40 a.m. yesterday, September 20.
According to Lieutenant Maria Elen Fe Tayopon, deputy chief of the Dumangas Municipal Police Station (MPS), the body was already in an advanced state of decomposition.
Based on the investigation of the Dumangas MPS, the victim was last seen alive attending a birthday party in their coastal barangay after having a drinking spree at a sari-sari store.
Police added the victim’s family was convinced that there was no foul play on Flagne’s death./PN
