CAPIZ – The lifeless body of a 19-year-old person with a disability, known as “Gab”, was found in a river in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dao.
Gab, a resident of Barangay Agtambi, Dao, had been missing for two days before the grim discovery.
According to the Dao Municipal Police Station, Gab’s remains were found around 8:20 a.m. yesterday, Nov. 2.
Family members reported his disappearance on Wednesday, but Gab had not returned home since Oct. 30.
Local police are investigating the incident and considering the possibility of foul play.
Gab’s remains will be subjected to a postmortem examination to determine the cause of death.
Family members described Gab as a gentle and friendly individual, well-known and liked in the community./PN
