ILOILO City – Around 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 22, a resident of Barangay Monica Blumentritt, City Proper was detained at Police Station 1.
If complainant Rodelio Celiz, 32, were to be believed, the 43-year-old Andro Prado mauled him.
They had a misunderstanding, admitted Celiz, and it turned physical.
Celiz showed to the police the cuts and bruises he sustained on his left eyebrow and right temple.
Responding policemen took Prado to the police station./PN
