ILOILO City – A construction worker was arrested for trying to take a photo of a female student taking a bath in a boardinghouse in Barangay East Baluarte, Molo district.
The 36-year-old Aldrin Libo-on faces an unjust vexation charge, a police report showed.
Using his cellphone, Libo-on, nephew of the boardinghouse’s landlady, tried to take a photo of 19-year-old Cielo Jane Agrado who was taking a bath at around 9:30 p.m. on May 28.
Surprised to see a phone-wielding hand from the ceiling of the boardinghouse’s bathroom, Agrado shouted and ran outside to look whose hand was it, she told the Molo police.
She discovered it was Libo-on’s, the police report showed.
A barangay tanod who responded to the incident, Raul Dequiña, arrested Libo-on and turned him over to the Molo police station.
