ILOILO City – A Racal motorcycle crashed against a Kawasaki motorcycle on JC Zulueta Street, Barangay Poblacion South, Oton, Iloilo. Their drivers were hospitalized.
The collision happened on Sept 26. The Kawasaki motorcycle was maneuvering a U-turn when the Racal motorcycle hit it.
Kawasaki motorcycle driver Domingo Lim Jr. and Racal motorcycle driver Jerome Panizales (with wife Razel back riding) were initially brought to The Medical City in Molo, Iloilo City.
Lim, with head injuries, was later transferred to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district while the Panizales couple moved to the Iloilo Mission Hospital in La Paz district.
Jerome sustained minor cuts and bruises on his left hand and right leg while wife Razel had bruises on the face, left knee and hip. Her left shoulder suffered a fracture.
After being treated at the hospital, Jerome was taken to the Oton police station./PN
