CAPIZ – A 15-year-old lad was tragically killed when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a parked truck in Pontevedra, Capiz.
The teen was known as “Jan-Jan,” a resident of Sitio Hacienda Olive in the town’s Barangay Jolongajog.
Initial investigation by the Pontevedra Municipal Police Station (MPS) showed that the victim was navigating the road from Barangay Binuntucan and heading home at around 9:10 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, when the incident occurred.
The collision resulted in severe head injuries that led to the immediate death of the victim.
Meanwhile, the Pontevedra MPS has taken custody of the motorcycle and the truck involved in the accident for proper disposition./PN
