CAPIZ – A motorcycle crashed against a wing van in Barangay Lawa-an, Roxas City here.
The motorcycle driver, Jayson Dala of Barangay Liong, was declared “dead upon arrival” at the Capiz Doctors Hospital past 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 29.
The van, driven by Alexander Geniza, 52, of Barangay Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro, was plying the opposite direction, going to the city’s Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center.
