ILOILO City – A 13-year-old male high school student sustained a fractured left foot in an accident in Barangay Buhang, Jaro district.
A police report identified the victim only as “Toto” of Barangay Tagbac, Jaro.
The student of R.G. Hechanova National High School, also in Jaro, was confined at the West Visayas State University Medical Center.
Toto was crossing the road at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday when a motorcycle hit him, stated the police report.
Rolando Leonorio of Barangay Tacas, Jaro was driving the motorcycle. He vowed to shoulder the victim’s medical bills./PN
