ILOILO City – In Barangay Aganan, Pavia, Iloilo a 69-year-old woman crossing the national highway got hit by a motorcycle around 8:40 a.m. yesterday.

Erlinda Togle was taken to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao, Iloilo City for a head wound.

She also complained of pain on the chest and waist.

Togle was on her way home from the market when she was hit by the motorcycle driven by Paul Guarnes, 21, of Barangay Purok 2, Pavia.

Guarnes also fell from his motorcycle and was taken to the Iloilo Mission Hospital in Jaro, Iloilo City, police said. He had cuts on the right leg and right hand./PN
