BACOLOD City – A vegetable stall owner was shot by two unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen in Barangay 40.
Rey Bibilio Jr., 46, of Barangay Taculing was hospitalized.
According to the police, the victim was attacked around 4:20 p.m. on Aug. 21.
The back rider of the motorcycle was reportedly wearing a blue jacket and a black facemask. The gun they used on Bibilio remained unknown as of this writing, and their motive unclear.
