ILOILO City – A vehicular accident in Barangay Sarapan, Passi City, Iloilo left a motorist dead and his back rider injured.
The fatality, Eddie Navigar, was a 24-year-old resident of the village.
His back rider, 16-year-old James Elwyne Palmes, was recuperating at the city’s Don Valerio Palmares District Hospital.
The victims’ motorcycle crashed against a sport utility vehicle (SUV) driven by 37-year-old Json Pierre Laruscain around 4:20 p.m. on June 6.
Laruscain was detained at the Passi City police station./PN
