ILOILO City – A motorist was killed after an unidentified suspect shot him in Barangay Maabay, Sibunag, Guimaras.
Joel Gasangan, a resident of the village, died of a gunshot wound on the head, a police report showed.
He expired while being treated at the Dr. Catalino Gallego Nava Provincial Hospital in Jordan, Guimaras.
Gasangan was driving a motorcycle on his way home when the gunman attacked around 7 p.m. on April 3, the report stated.
The police were still identifying the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
