BACOLOD City – A man drowned in the river in Barangay Lopez Jaena, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Dionisio Malunes, 58, of the town’s Barangay San Miguel accidentally fell down while fishing around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 2.
Personnel of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office rushed Malunes to a health facility but was pronounced dead./PN
