BACOLOD City – A man charged for violation of Republic Act 9262, or The Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004, is now under the custody of Police Station 4.
He was the 23-years-old Leonilo Dela Peña Jr. of Barangay Purisima, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Dela Peña was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Philadelfa Pagapong-Agraviador of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 issued on Dec. 25, 2017.
The court recommended a P6,000 bail bond for Dela Peña’s temporary liberty./PN
