BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Zone 2, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as Jerry De Asis, 34, of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Murcia.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:20 p.m. on Nov. 27, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
