BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Caliban, Murcia, Negros Occidental was arrested for rape.
At about 8:30 p.m. on April 25, in Barangay Zone 1, of the locality, the police served the warrant of arrest to the suspect Jay-R Flores, 33.
Police said the suspect was a Top 10 most wanted person in the locality.
Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 42 issued the warrant of arrest with no bail recommended.
The suspect was detained at the local police station./PN
