BACOLOD City – Facing murder charges, a small-scale miner was arrested in Barangay Talacagay, Hinobaan, Negros Occidental.
Christopher Peromingan, 36, was a resident of Barangay Dolis, Calatrava, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
He was caught around 1:30 p.m. on July 20.
Judge Arville Delgado of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 57 (San Carlos City, Negros Occidental) ordered Peromingan’s arrest.
The suspect was taken to the police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
