BACOLOD City – A fugitive for murder was arrested in Barangay San Jose, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Pablito Caranel, 56, had been hiding for 14 years, police said.
He was caught around 11:20 a.m. on Oct. 10 and brought to the Cauayan police station.
The court denied bail for his temporary liberty./PN
