BACOLOD City – After 22 years of searching, police finally arrested a murder suspect in Sitio Mina in Barangay Baviera, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The court denied bail for the temporary release of 57-year-old Ancelmo Dela Peña, police said.
Police served his arrest warrant around 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 1.
