BACOLOD City – Charged with murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Gargato, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 23-year-old resident Cornelio Pacia Jr.
Pacia was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City dated March 30, 2019.
Pacia was detained in the custodial facility of the Hinigaran police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
