ILOILO City – After 16 years of hiding, a murder suspect was finally arrested.
The 40-year-old Arnold Gabata was served with an arrest warrant at his house in Barangay Botong, Badiangan, Iloilo yesterday at around 8:30 a.m.
According to the Badiangan police, information reached the station that Gabata had returned to his house and so they served the suspect’s arrest warrant.
Gabata had also been charged with frustrated murder.
No bail bold was recommended for Gabata’s temporary liberty./PN
