ILOILO City – A 36-year-old seafarer facing murder charges turned himself in to the police.
Romeo Balino, a resident of Barangay Tipakla, Ajuy, Iloilo, surrendered around 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 8, police said.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Ajuy police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
