BACOLOD City – After 18 years of hiding, a man facing attempted murder charges was finally arrested in Barangay Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 47-year-old resident Monsito Barrientos was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:05 p.m. on Feb. 17, police said.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Sagay City police station.
A P120,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
