DURING the March 12 premiere of her first solo movie project “Ulan,” Nadine Lustre said she and her co-stars could not wait to see the finished product after shooting since last year.
“Oh my gosh sobrang excited kami. Excited kaming makita kung ano kinalabasan ng mga eksena. Para kasi sa akin this is the kind of movie na hindi takot mag-take ng risk. So I think hopefully in the future a lot of people will get inspired and hindi sila matakot mag-take ng risk and of the course the lesson of this movie kasi, ito yung pinaka-importante sa akin kasi naging journey ko rin yun yung naging journey ng character ko dito,” she shared about her latest HOOQ Originals and Viva Films project.
Even with the last minute addition of her newest leading man Carlo Aquino, Nadine said it was not hard to build chemistry with him onscreen.
“Surprisingly it was very instant kasi sobrang professional siya. And hindi kami nahirapan na gumawa ng eksena kagad. Kasi usually pag bagong team up medyo awkward pa in the beginning. Pero kami parang nag-click kami kaagad. Parang matagal na rin kaming magkakilala which is good,” she explained.
Nadine said she really enjoyed the experience of working with director Irene Villamor and Carlo for this project.
“Ay ibang klase. Sobrang sarap nila katrabaho parehas. Tapos pag sa set happy lang kami palagi. Yung buong production mismo talagang no stress, walang bad vibes. Lahat kami masaya lang. Happy set talaga siya,” she said. (Push)
