IT’S been four years since Nadine Samonte appeared on a TV program; her last stint was in “Super Ma’am” which aired in 2017 on GMA.
In Eat Bulaga’s recent Bawal Judgmental segment, Nadine narrated why she chose to pursue a life out of the limelight.
She said, “Simula noong nabuntis ako sa panganay ko, I wanted to spend time with her. Tapos biglang dumating si pangalawa kaya I want to spend time with my family muna.”
Nadine mentioned she’s been a hands-on mother to her two children, Heather Sloane and Austin Titus, but she misses acting and being on the set.
Aside from being a full-time mom, she has been managing several businesses as well. “May business kami on the side, online businesses, and rental ng condominiums namin. I have dried fishes, pastries…”
She also mentioned how her showbiz career helped her online businesses, “Malaking tulong [sa business] kasi kilala ka na. Minsan kapag artista ka naniniwala sila sa’yo, at ‘yung kapalit nun binibigay ko ‘yung quality ng produkto.”
