AN island girl breaks out of her shell and pursues her dream of becoming a dancer on the world stage in the first trailer for the Nadine Lustre starrer “Indak.”
Released online Friday, the trailer follows Jen (Lustre) as she goes out of her comfort zone and enlists to be part of Indak Pinas, a dance group set to compete in South Korea.
With the help of Vin (Sam Concepcion), Jen navigates an unfamiliar world, but as she pulls farther away from her home, she is also confronted with a reminder to not forget her true self.
Directed by Paul Basinillo, “Indak” is billed as the biggest dance musical film this year, with its production values, huge cast, and overseas location. It is produced by Viva Films. (ABS-CBN News)
