ILOILO City – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office officially resumed National ID registration operations on January 20.
The initiative encompasses collecting demographic and biometric data, tracking ID deliveries, printing paper-based National IDs, assisting with the Digital National ID, and resolving related concerns.
Each registration team comprises a Registration Kit Operator (RKO) and a Registration Assistant (RA) to ensure clients receive efficient and personalized assistance.
Thirteen teams have been deployed to various locations, including malls and barangays, to facilitate both mall-based and mobile registration services.
Scheduled Mall Locations
* SM City Iloilo (Mandurriao Iloilo City) – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Sunday
* Robinsons Main (Quezon Street, Iloilo City) – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday
* Gaisano Balasan (Mamhut Sur, Balasan, Iloilo) – 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday to Friday
Mobile registration services will also be conducted in strategic locations.
Operations at the Iloilo International Airport will resume today, January 22. This aims to accommodate travelers, particularly Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Meanwhile, the Fixed Registration Center, established last year at the PSA Main Office at Iznart Street, Iloilo City Proper, remains operational and offers comprehensive services, including updates and corrections to demographic information on National IDs.
National ID registration and demographic updates are free of charge. Clients are reminded to bring a valid government-issued ID and any necessary supporting documents to verify their identity and status.
