BACOLOD City – Negros Occidental Provincial Disaster Management Program Division (PDMPD) head Dr. Zeaphard Caelian will be transferred to the Silay City Government as assistant assessor.
According to Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz, Caelian was supposed to be transferred in January, however, there were delays in the processing of documents, as well as Caelian’s interview with the selection board.
He also said Caelian forwarded a request to Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson that his work as head of the PDMPD is only until Jan. 30, 2023.
Caelian is on leave of absence until Feb. 28./PN
