BACOLOD City – The Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, in Manila ordered the arrest of a man charged with violation of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
The accused, 33-year-old Ludivico Chua of Barangay Bandila, Toboso, Negros Occidental, was served with an arrest warrant by Toboso policemen at around 2 p.m. on June 8 in Barangay Bug-ang of the town.
Judge Jacqueline Martin Balictar issued the arrest warrant on Jan.21, 2019 yet with no bail recommended. The suspect was taken to the Toboso police station./PN
