MANILA – Negrense volleyballer Leo Priolo Ordiales will still be wearing the blue and gold colors of the National University (NU) for college.
The Talisay City, Negros Occidental talent confirmed to Rising Volley PH Facebook page he will still proudly banner the NU flag in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).
“I am staying with NU for college kasi maganda ‘yung [volleyball] program nila at maganda din [‘yung] academics nila,” said the six-foot-three middle blocker.
One of the Negrense’s highlights so far is winning with the Edgar Barroga-mentored NU Bullpups the UAAP Season 82 boys’ volleyball trophy.
He represented Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association during the 2019 Palarong Pambansa./PN
