ILOILO City – A 38-year-old man was stabbed by a neighbor in Barangay Monte-Magapa, Janiuay, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Jose Lozada Jr. sustained a stab wound on the left buttock.
Police identified his attacker as Michael Mamon.
Lozada was urinating at the back of Mamon’s house around 9 p.m. on April 1 when the neighbor stabbed him, the police report stated.
Citing witnesses, police said the suspect fled after the incident while Lozada was taken to a hospital.
The local police launched a hot pursuit against Mamon./PN
