BACOLOD City – A newly-identified suspected drug personality was arrested in Zone 4-AB, Barangay Purisima, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
The 37-year-old Joebert Bonilla Dosa was a resident of the town’s Barangay 1-A, police said.
According to Police Major Joevito Bose, officer-in-charge of the Manapla police station, they were patrolling around 5:10 p.m. on April 16 when the suspect was caught not wearing a facemask.
Subsequently, Dosa was frisked. One elongated sachet of suspected shabu was recovered from his possession, police said.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Manapla police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and for not wearing a facemask./PN
